Villa Marea, 20 mt dalla spiaggia

The location is in front of a wonderful beach, the sea is fantastic. One of the best Sardinia's seaside. A wilderness experience. It's a wild and quiet area with only few people, ideal for relax. The home is comfortable and large enough for four people. The kitchen is totally new and modern. The home has the mosquitos' barriers in all windows but not in the the doorway.

Access: the last mile of the street is not paved and it is really risky for the tyres. Shops: there are no shops around. There is only a small supermarket reachable by car (5 km far). The nearest town (Tertenia) is approximately 15 km far and the way is much curvy. Home: the bathroom is a little bit outdated and the shower needs to be rebuilt. Strangely, in the evening, there are a lot of mosquitos outside, so a mosquito repellent is needed. You must bring your garbage recycling to the nearest waste facility site on yourself. The water in the home is not drinkable, so you need to buy many water bottles.
