About this villa rental
"Su Sinnipiri" is a cottage situated just 300 metres from "Perdepera beach" a beautiful beach on the East Coast. The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, two double rooms and a twin room, two bathrooms , a storage closet and a veranda. A large garden surrounds the property where you can find also a barbecue area and outdoor shower. The cottage is about 3 km far from the village called Cardedu. Air-conditioning is only present in the main double room.

Bed sheets and bath towels €15,00 per person (available on request)
Late check in after 9:00 pm until midnight € 50,00 (only on request) A maximum of one dog will be admitted per booking 50€.

It has been a very nice vacation. Super service provided by our contact from Sardinia 4 you. And the comfort was even better than the description, because we had air condition in the living area and in all 3 sleeping rooms.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 1 Hund) haben im Oktober zehn Tage in der wunderbaren Villa Su Sinnipiri verbracht. Das Haus ist hervorragend gelegen, in zwei Minuten kann man den langen Sandstrand Perdepera zu Fuß erreichen und man ist mit dem Auto schnell in der atemberaubenden Landschaft der Ogliastra. Supermärkte befinden sich in Cardedu und Barisardo. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügt über ein sehr stabiles WLAN.
Da der schöne, große Garten komplett!!! eingezäunt ist, konnte unser Hund völlig entspannt draußen herumlaufen. Das Ein-und Aus-checken verlief dank des sehr freundlichen, dezenten und tierlieben Vermieters völlig problemlos. Obwohl wir schon in einigen sehr schönen Häusern auf Sardinien Zeit verbringen durften, hat uns dieses bislang am besten gefallen.

Sehr sauberes Haus, das Meer ist nur 200m entfernt mit einem schönen und sauberen Sandstrand. Dazu ist er nicht zu voll belegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war erstklassig und unmittelbar; sehr freundlich. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich auch die Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzabackofen. Der Garten ist etwas trocken aber mit vielen Schatten spendenden Palmen gesegnet. Supermärkte sind nur per Fahrzeug erreichbar; was ohnehin notwendig ist auf Sardinien.
