Villino Enzo 350 mt Baia di Porto Frailis

Secondo anno che ritorniamo, villetta a due piani molto carina con giardino e doccia esterna, camere nella parte bassa molto fesche. Posizione molto tranquilla e proprietaria molto gentile pronta a dare qualsiasi informazione sul luogo.

We had a lovely stay. The house is modern, well equipped and the small garden was perfect for our 2 year old. It was lovely sitting and eating on the terrace overlooking the garden and mountains with the sunset in the background. The house is located in a quiet residential area and there are two very nice beaches in walking distance with a few good restaurants/cafés in the area. The hosts met us on arrival and were really nice and helpful.

The rooms are in the basement, which is cooler and a bit damp but probably perfect for summer. Luckily there is heating and AC in the rooms. The fake grass in the garden was a little bit disappointing and can get hot in the sun. A car or bike is necessary to do anything other than go to the beach. The Main Street of Tortoli is good for coffee and ice cream but very busy with traffic and nothing special to see.

Gute Lage, ruhig, Restaurants in der Nähe, Zentrum mit Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Kleine Bucht in der Nähe.

Bei Anreise musste 300 Euro Kaution hinterlegt werden, was so nicht in den Bestimmungen steht. Zusätzlich muss man für die Klimaanlage bezahlen - ist sehr versteckt in den Infos zu finden. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber eher einfach, spartanisch. Der Rasen im Garten ist ein Kunstrasen, billige Plastikstühle ohne Auflagen, Geschirr zusammengewürfelt, günstigstes Besteck, keine Weingläser, kein Geschirrspüler. In der Dusche schwarze Flecken in den Fugen. Einfaches Mobiliar. Schlafzimmer sind im Keller, ist etwas muffig und feucht. Insgesamt etwas lieblos.
