Appartamento con arredamento tenuto molto bene, terrazza grande, aria condizionata sia in soggiorno che in camera da letto, frigo grande, barbecue in giardino, piscina assolutamente meravigliosa, a due passi davvero dalla spiaggia di san Geminiano ma ovviamente consiglio di visitare anche le altre bellissime calette della zona. Personale cortese e risposte immediate. Parcheggio interno.
Consiglio qualche utensile in più in cucina e una mensola in bagno per appoggiare le cose.
Il canale che passa all' esterno non è il massimo però non è colpa della struttura e io non ho sentito odori sgradevoli

E una struttura molto completa in quanto ti offre la possibilità di stare in un appartamento con tutti i servizi a disposizione. La piscina ! Apprezzata tantissimo.... E poi sei a due passi dal mare

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön mit einem Strand fast vor der Haustüre und man eine eigene Whg hat. Der Strand hat uns jetzt nicht gefallen aber naja ;)
Hervorzuheben war noch dar parking welches im abgetrennten Bereich war.
Leider war unsere Wohnung eine mit Gartensicht und diese fühlte sich an als wäre man im Keller auch vom bestehenden Geruch. Die Wände hatten im unteren Bereich Feuchtigkeit und die Farbe löste sich. Am letzten Tag vor der Abreise war das Reinigungspersonal eine Stunde vor unserem Check out da und machte sich auf unserem Sitzplatz breit und Reinigte schon....
