Résidence très bien entretenue et relation avec l agence agréable.
Je recommanderais de choisir les appartements du hauts qui bénéficient d une meilleure situation (double exposition notamment et traversant) alors qu’ils sont au même tarif que ceux du bas qui sont eux plus enclavés.

Toller Pool, schön gepflegter Garten.
Etwas mehr Ausstattung wäre sinnvoll. So fehlten Korkenzieher oder Toaster. Strom wird umständlich im Nachgang abgerechnet.
