About this apartment rental
Mini Residence ‘Acquamarina’ consists of 6 apartments 50 metres from the sea.
Apartments of approximately 55 square metres each consist of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Swimming pool reserved for guests of the residence.
There are three types of apartments:
* (5-6) Two first floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Monte Arista and a veranda with sea view where you can eat.
* (3-4) Two central ground floors, these are the most private apartments, with a larger veranda and double entrance to the kitchen/living room and private barbecue area.
(No. 1-2) Two front ground floors with a large veranda with granite columns and a private barbecue area; adaptable bathrooms (for people with reduced mobility in their lower limbs).
In order to ensure total security, there is a video surveillance system in the areas leading to the property and in the pool area.

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10
It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment 50€
Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, zahlreiche kleine Buchten sind in 15 min erreichbar. Der Pool in der Anlage ist groß mit Platz für alle, genügend Liegen und Schirme sind vorhanden. Und: Marco als Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps, z. B. die beste Pizza weit und breit! Sogar eine E-Ladesäule ist vorhanden!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, Marco hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Check in und Check out waren super easy. Tolle Kommunikation. Der Pool ist genial und in der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Strände. Gerne wieder!
