About this apartment rental
Mini Residence ‘Acquamarina’ consists of 6 apartments 50 metres from the sea.
Apartments of approximately 55 square metres each consist of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Swimming pool reserved for guests of the residence.
There are three types of apartments:
* (5-6) Two first floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Monte Arista and a veranda with sea view where you can eat.
* (3-4) Two central ground floors, these are the most private apartments, with a larger veranda and double entrance to the kitchen/living room and private barbecue area.
(No. 1-2) Two front ground floors with a large veranda with granite columns and a private barbecue area; adaptable bathrooms (for people with reduced mobility in their lower limbs).
In order to ensure total security, there is a video surveillance system in the areas leading to the property and in the pool area.

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10
It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment 50€
Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Die Anlage ist erst 2021 fertiggestellt worden. Alles mit Geschmack eingerichtet und in einem Top-Zustand Es gibt nur 6 Wohneinheiten, dazu sehr gepflegte Außenanlage mit einem Pool. Die Anlage liegt in erster Reihe direkt am Mittelmeer (großer Strand). Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind supernett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, wenn man Hilfe brauchen sollte. In der Wohnnung hat jeder Raum eine moderne Klimaanlage. Kurz zusammengefasst: Alles ist wie beschrieben, wir vermissen den Sonnenuntergang hinter der Gebirgskette und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Mittelmeer schon jetzt....

Eine nagelneue, sehr gepflegte Anlage direkt am Strand mit glasklarem Wasser. Die Betreuung durch Marco war hervorragend. er stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.
Einige Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man das Auto nimmt ist die Auswahl groß. Mit dem Auto sind auch viele Strände unterschiedlicher Charakteristik (inklusive flache Strände mit feinem Sand) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
