Very uncomplicated host, nice apartment, lots of good restaurants around!

A little noisy because of the street nearby. Not too bad, but if you search for total stillness maybe not 1st choice ;)

Superb

The apartment is so cute, amazingly equipped, beautiful arranged, everything is made with love and thought for the guest. Sparkling clean, cozy and filled with anything you would need - soap, shower gel, oil, salt, sugar, honey, cold water in the fridge, Nespresso machine and capsules, Nescafé, tea... Big terrace. Very good communication with the host. (We didn't see the note for the switch for the hot water and I texted him/her after I took a cold shower 😆🤦🏻‍♀️. For my husband there was hot water 😀) 20 minutes walking to the center. Really good choice if you stop in Thessaloniki and you are a couple, group of friends or family with big children.

The downsides are only for people traveling with small children. - We were relocated by booking, because our original reservation was cancelled and I didn't check very good the pictures. I didn't see the stairs at all. We are traveling with our son - 1.8 years, so If I saw the pictures or the person, that relocated us from booking.com, would notice, that the apartment is absolutely not suitable for small children and the staircase is very dangerous. We were afraid to leave him alone upstairs, while we were downstairs (we have a foldable baby tent for him, not a cot, so he can go out). Therefore I slept downstairs on the couch next to my son and my husband on the bed upstairs. - If you don't use the air conditioning like us (because of the baby), when you close the windows, because it is noisy from the road, it's getting really hot. - We arrived on Friday night and it was very difficult to find a parking spot nearby.

I'm always love to have guick an simple communication, clier instructions and no physical contact with host. And this was exactly simple as that. We enjoyed. Next time wisit Thessaloniki this will be our choice again

Artistic place :)

The interior design is a leaning on spiritual side, it is very calm. Huge terrace with nice view on boulevar street. Full kitchen. Duplex apartment situated on last floor of three story building. Two bathrooms. The bathroom on the top has this window where you can look outside while you bathe :) Lots of parking outside for free. Markets and shops around. Nothing works on Sunday though in Greece it seems. A lot of car shops around if you need repair. Can sleep in the top room or bottom. We did not meet owner, you get key from a box with the passcode, this may be good for you, more privacy.

Well, The wifi router did not enjoy our four wifi devices, internet was sluggish. Maybe it is one time thing, but something should be improved there :) The entrance doors lock automatically when you leave apartment, but this is a thing in Greeece, just bring your phone and key with you as you leave Greek apartments.

Spacious, clean and well decorated flat in a good area near bus station to the centre.

The flat was very cold when we arrived. The host must preheat the flat in cold days in order to be OK when people arriving !

Es war sehr sauber und man ist uns mit der check in Zeit etwas entgegen gekommen. Die Einrichtung war auch sehr schön

Für die Location ist es doch etwas teuer da es weit außerhalb des Centers ist und warmes Wasser stand auch keines zur Verfügung.
