The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, while the private bathroom, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries add comfort to your stay. The living area, with a sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a small desk, offers a perfect setting for working or relaxing. Step out onto the terrace from the living area to enjoy some fresh air.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and welcome toiletries for the first few days.

Strategically located in Madrid, this apartment allows you to reach any point in the city center on foot, without the need for public transport.
IMPORTANT NOTES
-The pool is only open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September).
-Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €25 late check-in fee.
-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host before your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
-Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.
-Tenants must sign a short-term rental agreement. Apartamento muy bien ubicado, la llegada muy bien, el apartamento muy bonito y con todo lo necesario para nosotros y los niños, la piscina en el ático genial. Lo único malo que concentraba mucho el calor, pero el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Muy muy recomendable.

fantastic place to stay in Madrid. I really recommend this flat. Location is just perfect (right in front of el prado), flat is so nice, clean and spacious and the attention from carmen and jose was close and nice.
