Sve je bilo čisto uredno a cijeli hotel je tako dobro mirisao za preporučit osoblje jako ljubazni. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, und im gesamten Hotel hat es wunderbar geduftet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! 😊

Ruime kamer met fijne bedden. Supervriendelijke receptioniste die goed Engels sprak. Inchecken verliep supergoed, we kwamen aan nadat er niemand meer aanwezig was, maar alles was heel netjes op de app gezet, zodat we zonder problemen in onze kamers konden komen. Het ontbijt was niet super uitgebreid maar voldoende van alles en zeker goed gezien de prijs. Wat ook fijn is, is dat er vrij gebruik gemaakt kan worden van de artikelen uit het kleine keukentje
De schuifdeur naar de badkamer was zo goed als niet helemaal open en dicht te krijgen; leek uit de rail gelopen te zijn. Ook een rail bij de gordijnen zat los, waardoor bij het openen van de gordijnen deze er bijna helemaal af gleed. Ook de stopcontacten zijn niet overal even goed bevestigd

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dés notre arrivée à Tuzla. Très pratique car situé à 10 minutes de l’aéroport. Très calme pour passer une nuit tranquille. Un accueil chaleureux.
