Rafting Camp Green Tara

The camp is located in a spectacular setting overlooking the Tara river Gorge. The view from the very nice pool is beautiful. The room was clean, there was plenty of hot water in the shower and there was a picnic table outside for relaxing on the porch. Our host, Ivana, was extremely nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our conversations with her. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the portions of food were very large. The prices were very reasonable. Our rafting excursion was well organized. Our river guide was very friendly and the 2 1/2 hours on the river was exceptional.

Be aware, the last 1 or 2 km to get to the camp are on a very rocky and steep road. We crossed our fingers that we would not get a flat tire, we didn’t. Also, it would be nice to have a small table in the room to put things on. Contrary to their advertising, there was no hairdryer or shower toiletries in the bathroom.

Lokacija fantasticna, pogled predivan, osoblje jako ljubazno, nenametljivo a ipak tu kad i sta bilo zatreba. Mi smo uhvatili trenutak kad smo bili sami u kampu, te su nam mir i tisina jako prijali.

Smeštaj je dobar, čisto je i udobno. Hrana je obilna i izuzetno ukusna. Osoblje ljubazno, posebno Ivanica, skiper Saša, najbolji skiper na Tari, a sve zahvaljujući glavnom, Nenu Šipčiću (i njegovoj supruzi i sestri u kuhinji). Fenomenalno smo se proveli 3 dana. Hvala Vam ekipo.

Great view, very kind staff. Rafting on Tara river is really superb experience. Home made food really tasty.
