Wonderful pool and view. Had a great time here. Easy checkin. No close neighbors. Can absolutely recommend this house!
The garbage disposal system could easily be done better. Some of the bedrooms had ceiling fans, other rooms some cheap floor standing ones that all was partly broken, and some did not work at all.

Excellent for family holiday. Everything you need! Pool best ever option. Location perfect. Stunning views. We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Petra Rossa. Highly recommended for a family holiday. Just need a car. Close to beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants. Supermarket perfect.
Aircons would have been wonderful. Was 40 plus degrees and the fans were not good enough.

Location was perfect, but a rental car is mandatory if you want to see a lot of Sardinia.
There are 4 beds to lay down in the sun. But the house is for 12 persons. So it would be a good improvement to invest in more than 4 beds.
