About this villa rental
The photos I send reproduce my villa in Stintino (380 sqm), located in the "Ancora club" allotment 200 meters from the sea and 400 from the beautiful beach of La Pelosa.
The villa has six bedrooms of which three with exclusive bathroom and three, on the lower floor, with two bathrooms, one with an ante-bathroom !!
Huge living room, large kitchen and service rooms, laundry, boiler room and warehouse!
Two outdoor porches with dining tables, benches, chairs and armchairs to enjoy the cool summer evenings.
Sun terrace and panoramic sea view on the first floor.
Garden of 1300 square meters kept in perfect condition, barbecue (large and comfortable), outdoor shower surrounded by greenery (Mediterranean scrub, holm oaks, lentisk, strawberry trees, myrtle, juniper) and tub for doing laundry.
Hot water system with oil fired boiler in continuous cycle.
It is available at any time of the summer season (with or without linen), ideal for families who love to enjoy the sea and adore the scent of nature.
During the period of stay, the tenants will have the right to access at the Ancora Club and will be able to use the
comfort and services offered by the same: swimming pool umbrellas and restaurant.
