About this villa rental
Villa Arielle is a property with a private swimming pool from which you can admire a magnificent seaview and the surrounding wild nature.
The villa can host up to 16 persons.
This holiday accommodation is located in Costa Paradiso on the North of Sardinia. Costa Paradiso is a touristic village where the houses are perfectly blended with the surrounding rocks and mediterranean maquis and where you can enjoy sea views and breathtaking sunsets from every corner, combined with emerald waters and seabeds rich in aquatic fauna, all make this place a true paradise.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The property is composed of three units, each with its own kitchen, living space, two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed), one bathroom and a terrace with seaview. In two of the 3 unites there is a sofa bed. All the units have an access to the pool. Moreover you fill find a barbecue area in the garden and a huge granite table which can accommodate up to 20 persons. Enjoy your meals outside looking at the sunset or just relax near the pool on the sun chairs.
Sandy beach Li Cossi is reachable in 5 min by car and then by a 10 min walk along a panoramic path. On site there are various activities as diving courses, boat rentals, tennis, trekking and others. You will also find various restaurants, bar, supermarkets, fish shops and a medical center.

Credit card security deposit (mandatory): 500.00€.
Bed linen and towels (initial set) (on request): 20.00€ per person
Table seat: 50.00€ per child
Baby cot: 50.00€ per child
Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person per change
Pets (on request): 100.00€ per pet
Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€
Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€
In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
Note: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer fee
Please note: the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners.

We spend our summer holiday of 2024 in Villa Arielle and had a fantastic time. The view and garden surrounding is amazing. The house itself is a bit old fashioned but that is, to me, creating a nice ambiance. Service en contact with Sardinia Unlimited (Rina) was great, if we needed anything she was very helpfull!

We loved the space. The views from the house were spectacular. Rinna, house manager was wonderful as well as her staff. I did share a couple of suggested improvements to Rinna. My final suggestion is to revise a “.2 mile walk to the beach”. It was on a winding road and quite steep- one needed a car and it is further than .2 mile. We all had fun. Thank you. We would love to return one day

Sette giorni veramente bellissimi, passati in compagnia di amici, in una villa bellissima e accogliente con una vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo apprezzato e usato molto anche la piscina privata, soprattutto per aperitivi. Super consigliabile!

The property is divided into 3 apartments all sharing a pool. We were 3 families do this set up worked well. However the bunk beds in each of the apartments are really only suitable for children of about 10/12. Older and the do not look strong enough, younger and the top bunk doesn’t have enough safety aspects to be suitable. The lower apartment had a very poorly draining and smelly bathroom so we had to stop using it. The wind through the apartments meant we had to keep doors closed otherwise things fell if shelves/tables and smashed. The sunset was incredible however every night
