About this farm stay rental
The property is a typical rural villa in the characteristic sardinian style and consists of two separate buildings: the barn with nine lovely, large and independent rooms (each room with private bathroom, terrace and sofa bed) and the characteristic farmhouse equipped with large convivial kitchen, lounge and relax area, bathroom and external patio furnished. A beautiful rooftop pool (metres 10x9)and lovely outdoor spaces complete the property. There s an easy access through asphalted road and private car parks. The property has a panoramic position on the Coghinas valley inside a forest of oak trees of about 30 hectares whith fantastic trekking trails. Mura Mura country house is located beetwen small Sedini village 3 km,Valledoria beaches 6 km. Nearby the historic town of Castelsardo, Casteldoria termal spa, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Badesi beach ecc

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mura Mura.The property was exactly as described and lived up to our expectations. Our holiday was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our 2 children, their spouses ardour 6 grand children. The property is situated in beautiful countryside and is only about 6 kilometres from some lovely beaches.
Paola's recommendations for local restaurants were excellent. The property, its pool and the local beaches provided for the needs of all 3 generations.

Really nice and quiet, very appropiate for a family group. The lovely owners brought us fresh veggies from their own garden. All the little problems were solved inmediatly.

The house is perfect to accommodate a very large number of people.
A real plus: the private bathrooms in each room!
The large living room/kitchen and the terrace are independent, it allows to make noise without disturbing the sleepers.
The pool is very large but for beach lovers, the nearest beach is 15min.
We had a very great time in Muramura! Adults and children, everyone enjoys it.

Although the details on your website included satellite TV, stereo, DVD, LINEN (washed to 60 degrees), boat, spa, coffee maker, etc, these were either not there or not working. It also states that the house is wheelchair accessible - which it is not. One bedroom is accessible but a wheelchair user cannot access the dining area or the pool area. The site details need to be updated/corrected.
There were photos on your site showing several parasols and 3 gazebos. In fact no parasol was in working order and there were 2 gazebos.
We had difficulty getting the owners to provide sheets and towels. (They tried to suggest we brought linen for 17 people on the flight...or that we hire linen at 1320 euros for the 4 weeks!)
Shame. The property is in a very beautiful (if rainy) spot and it has been thoroughly neglected. The owners were quick to respond when lightbulbs or showers or toilets did not work. They should have done that before we arrived.
We ran out of hot water and electricity and this could have been avoided had we been trusted with swapping gas bottles or access to the fuse box.
The owners regularly visited the property to carry out work on the land or prepare for their next guests.
With proper preparation, this property would be 5 star.
Maintenance was lacking.
