Gut ausgestattetes Apartment (Spül- u. Waschmaschine) mit sehr großer Terrasse, gut bestuhlt, Blick zum Meer. Hier kann man schöne Abende unter sich verbringen. Sandstrand nicht weit zu Fuß, aber es gibt noch schönere Strände in der Umgebung. Supermarkt um die Ecke, mit allem was man braucht. Ortszentrum allerdings etwas entfernt. Mietwagen ist angebracht, Parken in der Tiefgarage sehr praktisch.
Riesiges TV-Gerät mit über 100 Programmen, bis auf einen Schweizer Sender keinerlei deutsches Programm empfangbar. Nicht unbedingt wichtig, aber ab zu mal ein paar Infos wären nicht schlecht gewesen. Keine Mikrowelle.

Wir haben einen Tag vor Ankunft einen hilfreiches Video über WhatsApp erhalten und es wurde alles darin erklärt. Wo ist der Schlüssel zu finden und wo in der Wohnung was zu finden war.

-location is not bad. There is beach and small but decent super market close by (not much of organic food options though). Golfo Aranci main area is about 20 minutes walk.
- Apartment equipment is in all aspects above standard. There is even (beach) toys and sun umbrella. There are some useful basic leftovers from other visitors such as salt/pepper.
- Host company was kind and quick to help with my backpack I forgot at their office, with fixing an ant invasion that started 2nd day and with organizing reliable taxi transport to airport. Contact quick via WhatsApp
- „Comfy home feeling“ was missing. This is partially subjective but few things to consider. As often the pictures look much better than reality. In this case this place is rented out by some kind of real estate company. The beds in second bed room are your 10cm above the floor. Only one of the beds fits for tall people. This is at best a kids bed room. The main bed is one of the most uncomfortable ones in comparison to the other locations we visited and the price. My sleep scores dropped quite a bit and I got major back pain (probably ok for 1-2 nights but for longer you get out of vacation more stressed than before).
- Also try to avoid apartment 7 as it is right next to entrance and your sleeping room gets good amount of noise from people passing by especially if you have window open
- Late check out while not promised before but called out explicitly to be potentially an option was not possible, not even one extra hour (we had to leave at 10am).
- Out of the two showers only one could be used. Reported it on first or second day and mentioned we are ok to only use one shower, but no reaction on WhatsApp on this topic. Also the amount of toilet paper, amount of towels not well calculated for 4 people. Kitchen while well equipped was missing a cutting board (absolutely essential) so we had to buy one.
- „Convenience“: There is the usual contact right after booking and then again closer to arrival providing key information. But then a couple of things are really inconvenient (yes they may all be written somewhere but when I am on vacation I want to get away from all the complexities of the work day). There is some pdf shared with little instructions for the check in procedure but you are supposed to watch a video. It comes out super small on iPhone screen and intention is probably to be „innovative“ but it fails to do the job when you are in a hurry and just arrived in new environment and only want to get your vacation started.
