Di solito non scrivo recensioni, ma questa volta l’esperienza è stata così positiva che ho voluto lasciarne una. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Il soggiorno è stato perfetto: la casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Non mancava davvero nulla.
Il mare si raggiunge a piedi ed è splendido, con un’acqua cristallina. La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e fare colazione guardando il mare è stato puro relax.
Grazie al proprietario David per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. È sempre stato pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità! Torneremo sicuramente!

Fantastic location where you can explore the best beaches in northeast Sardegna. Great views from the villa and beautiful flowers on the property. Nice place to enjoy a meal on the covered patio. Bedrooms are large and actually includes a king bed in the master. Spacious living room and kitchen and includes three bathrooms. Towels and an umbrella were left for us so we did not have to spend money on those items. A nice champagne was left in the fridge for us as guests of the villa.
The owner’s mother was left in charge while he was away, during our rental period of a week. She didn’t know how to operate the internet or tv therefore leaving us with no tv the entire trip and internet spotty, even after the main modem was brought to the living room. The owner expected a 400€ deposit which was not collected at the beginning of the stay. I spent needless time on the phone with my bank regarding an international transfer, which never ended up working. When the owner’s mother came through the last day for a walk through, she complained we had the air conditioners on and her hydro bill was too high. Sorry but if we’re paying that much I expect the AC to be on in the 30+ degree weather! They only left us with three toilet paper rolls so we had to buy our own.

Very nice apartment, fully equipped with everything what you might need during apartment rental.
You can feel home like, with everything at your diaposal.
Dishwashing mashine and dishwashing tablets, coffee maker with welcome coffee sashets, paper towels, cleaning sponge, garbage bags...everything was there!! Toilet tissiue somehow was missing, but all in all - Perfecto.
Very clean, spacious and comfortable place - 2 separate bedrooms equipped with king bed, spacy wardrobe and A/C in both bedrooms and living room.
Lovely view from tarrace, even sunshade was available. Table for 6+ person on the tarrace and in living room.
No hidden costs: towels, bedding, cleaning - all included in the price.
David, the apartment manager, was very friendly and helpfull.
Despite some issues with deposit transfer, he was patient and helpfull, trying to solve the issue in our favour.
We are very pleased choosing Villa Baia Caddinas, and can recommend to anyone who wish to enjoy 4* hotel standard.
