About this villa rental

Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this beach villa brings it all within reach. Gulf of Olbia is just steps away and Spiaggia di Baia Caddinas is within an easy 6-minute walk, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

Positives: beautiful villa and gardens directly onto the sea, good BBQ, well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, despite no AC downstairs rooms stayed quite cool. Shed contains loads Negatives: Only four fans and two didn't work well, not allowed to park on the drive but street parking was fine, quite steep steps down from veranda to garden

Property was as described and the setting was beautiful and peaceful. Being able to swim from the end of the garden was a joy as was relaxing in the garden and on the balcony. We had a small issue with rubbish being left outside our gate but this was quickly resolved
