Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick aus dem Balkon, sehr schöne & ruhige Lage in der Natur und die komfortable Wohnanlage... Kurz: nur zum Empfehlen!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war leider etwas kompliziert und wir mussten nahezu 1,5 Stunden warten, obwohl wir late-checkin gebucht hatten. Trotzdem war der Angestellter sehr bemüht uns zu helfen, daher vielen Dank. Und die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein.

The view from the property is excellent. It’s in a quiet and private location. Access is easy and the overall cleanliness was ok.

The ad for the property is a bit misleading. There IS a sofa bed, but it’s in…the kitchen, which is actually a combination kitchen and living room. We had to go to a real estate office to get the key, not a showstopper, but we had to follow the agent to the house anyway, so why didn’t he just meet us there? When we arrived at the house, there were no linens on the sofa bed, which we planned on using. The sofa bed is old with a big black stain on one of the pillows. Not really something great to wake up to on your Sardinian holiday. There was no soap, shampoo or laundry detergent, no coffee for the coffee maker, no paper towels…etc. It was missing the courteous small touches that many accommodations come with. In addition, the place is a bit dated, the shower is small…watch your head! And, to top it all off, we had to take the trash and re-cycling out to the road at the end of the driveway when we left. I’m surprised this place got as many good reviews from previous stays. Not worth the price in my opinion, there are likely many less costly and updated options out there.
