Das Bett war wackelig, sodass wenn der Partner sich umgedreht hat, man sich fühlte wie im Wasserbett. Auch die Küchenausstattung könnte mal erneuert und erweitert werden.

Die Lage ist absolut top. Wir waren schon mehrmals in Sardinien, aber eine Lage wie diese hatten wir noch nie. Traumhafter Blick, absolut ruhig. "Unsere Wunschziele" in kurzen Distanzen erreichbar. Unserem Wunsch nach einen späteren Auscheckzeit ist man weitestgehend entgegen gekommen. Vielen Dank dafür, war für uns sehr hilfreich. Der Kontakt mit dem Immobilienbüro war problemlos und man hat auf unsere Fragen / Probleme umgehend geantwortet. Trotz der angeführten kleinen "Mängel" würden wir dieses Appartement wieder mieten. Schon allein der Lage wegen.
Die Wohnung war schwach ausgestattet. Die Spüle war defekt, wir haben es Immobiliare Prince gemeldet. Leider konnte der defekte Teil in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht getauscht werden. Also entweder spülen unter laufendem Wasser oder wegen Kleinigkeiten den Geschirrspüler nutzen. Im Geschirrspüler war weder Salz noch Klarspüler nachgefüllt bzw. vorhanden. Ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, haben wir gemacht. Aber anscheinend kümmert sich niemand darum. Sollte im Zuge der Endreinigung erledigt werden. Es waren nur 2 Weingläser, 4 Wassergläser aber dafür 6 Schnapsgläser vorhanden außerdem nur 1 Zuckerlöffel und 4 Mokkalöffel. Teller und Tassen ausreichend. Dem Bügeleisen fehlte die Spitze. Ist anscheinend jemandem hinunter gefallen (Fliesenboden) und die Spitze ist abgebrochen. Ich vermute, die Person hat es dem Immobilienbüro nicht gemeldet, konnte daher auch nicht ausgetauscht werden - wahrscheinlich.

The view from the property is excellent. It’s in a quiet and private location. Access is easy and the overall cleanliness was ok.
The ad for the property is a bit misleading. There IS a sofa bed, but it’s in…the kitchen, which is actually a combination kitchen and living room. We had to go to a real estate office to get the key, not a showstopper, but we had to follow the agent to the house anyway, so why didn’t he just meet us there? When we arrived at the house, there were no linens on the sofa bed, which we planned on using. The sofa bed is old with a big black stain on one of the pillows. Not really something great to wake up to on your Sardinian holiday. There was no soap, shampoo or laundry detergent, no coffee for the coffee maker, no paper towels…etc. It was missing the courteous small touches that many accommodations come with. In addition, the place is a bit dated, the shower is small…watch your head! And, to top it all off, we had to take the trash and re-cycling out to the road at the end of the driveway when we left. I’m surprised this place got as many good reviews from previous stays. Not worth the price in my opinion, there are likely many less costly and updated options out there.
