best location directly above designer shop, nice balcony, 2 bed- and bathrooms, quite, nice staff.
a bit renovation would be due, at the moment has 70s charme, I wonder whether Aga Khan planned it😀

The view is amazing breathtaking but most of the places in Sardinia are like this.
Unfortunately, I didn't like the cleanliness of the place. The balcony wasn't cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and there weren't basic things like conditioner, salt, pepper, and oil like every apartment should have. On top of everything else, they kept bothering me with phone calls to move me to another place, even though it was closing at the end. It still wasn't pleasant because I called several times to make sure. Also, keep in mind that the place is far from anywhere and you need a car.

Das Appartement ist geräumig, sehr zentral und hat einen tollen überdachten Balkon auf dem man etwas von Porto Cervo mitbekommt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend (früherer Check-in).
Es war oberflächlich gereinigt, aber muss mal grundbereinigt werden. Unser Kind hatte jedes Mal schwarze Knie wenn es über den Boden gekrabbelt ist und das obwohl wir bei Ankunft die Fliesen gewischt haben. Die Küche ist nicht so gut ausgestattet und vor allem die Gummidichtung des Kühlschranks sind sehr verschimmelt.
