The location is great. On the side of Via Toledo very close to the metro. The room was wonderful, very clean and comfort. Even though all the communication (including check-in and checkout) was done through WhatsApp when we had an issue with hot water they arrived shortly to fix it. There are free snacks, cookies, coffee and tea.

Great location. Easy to walk to everything. Train station exception-25/30 minutes. Although metro close by.

Very easy to access thanks to self check in. Comfortable pillows. Easy access to the port and alibus. Free tea, fruits in the hall.
We booked this stay considering its note of 9, so we were very surprised to notice that the sheet of one pillow and the blanket were stained. Also the mattress sheet was very rough, and the bed base was creaking. We would not have been so surprised if the hostel note was around 6-7, but with a general opinion so high we were very disappointed.
