Everything was great... no complaints at all. The room was spacious, the AC worked amazingly well, and the location was perfect. I really recommend this place. The communication was excellent, and the cleaning was fantastic as well. I truly appreciated everything and would definitely recommend it.
At first, I was a little confused about how to get to the room, but if you carefully follow the instructions the host sends, everything works perfectly.
If you have luggage, you do not need to carry it up the stairs. One person can go upstairs to complete the check-in and get the key/card that gives access to the elevator. After that, you can use the elevator with your luggage without any problems.

Good location, and relatively cheap too. Good facilities too considering the price. The location was very central.
It's not a hotel, so I didn't expect much. The entrance was a bit misleading till you get used to it, but otherwise fine.

The location was very central and made getting around Naples easy. It was clean and comfortable, which made it a pleasant place to stay. Also, Marco was a friendly host.
Unfortunately, on my first night, my phone got stolen from my hand, and I lost access to the building entrance codes that were sent via WhatsApp. The building security guard didn’t know the codes, and I couldn’t reach anyone else for help. In a city like Naples, where theft and similar incidents are unfortunately common, there should be an alternative way to access the apartment in case of emergencies. Because of this, I couldn’t enter the apartment and had to spend the entire night outside, which forced me to cut my trip short.
