Excellent location, clean and comfortable room

The staff was very kind, but since there is no receptionist, there can be situations where guests arrive and no one is available to open the door. This did not happen to us, but when I was leaving to go sightseeing, I saw another guest outside repeatedly ringing the doorbell. He told me he had been trying to contact the person responsible for the accommodation for more than 40 minutes. We were lucky to arrive when the cleaning lady was there. She was very kind and gave us all the necessary instructions. However, if she had not been there, we could have ended up locked outside as well, without basic information such as the access codes and instructions for entering the property. Overall, the staff was kind, but I believe having clearer check-in instructions and a reliable way to access the property would greatly improve the experience.

Communication with the owner was really good. The place is decorated with some cool things, the room is big, comfortable, fully renewed. I'd totally come back. And the location is perfect, you can walk to the mainly tourist spots.

The location was very central and made getting around Naples easy. It was clean and comfortable, which made it a pleasant place to stay. Also, Marco was a friendly host.

Unfortunately, on my first night, my phone got stolen from my hand, and I lost access to the building entrance codes that were sent via WhatsApp. The building security guard didn’t know the codes, and I couldn’t reach anyone else for help. In a city like Naples, where theft and similar incidents are unfortunately common, there should be an alternative way to access the apartment in case of emergencies. Because of this, I couldn’t enter the apartment and had to spend the entire night outside, which forced me to cut my trip short.
