Excellent location with very close access to metro station
Owner was very nice and good with communication. He even personally fetched us from the Taxi dropoff spot.
His very nice friend picked us up from the airport as well. (Ask for Airport Transfer)
Cleanliness and spacious rooms
Building gate is closed at 8pm so only residents and guests have access.
Noise at midnight from a restaurant in the alley next to the rooms. Bring some earplugs.
