The staff were perfect, the breakfast was very good, with high level of service.
The entrance from Via Toledo is a bit stressful, there is elevator to the second floor, and the welcome in the hotel and assorted furniture was amazing, big like.

Location was great and the room was nice.
It was loud from inside the hotel with where our room was located and the door didn’t seem very thick/sound proof. There was limited noise from the street below. Our Bathroom door did not lock. Breakfast was poor. We couldn’t find the milk and there was barely a staff member in the breakfast room to be able to ask.
