Everything was perfect! Sparklingly clean, beautiful room with great air conditioning (which was a god send, as we were there in a heat wave). Lorenzo couldn’t have been more helpful - arranging a vegan breakfast for me, booking us a taxi to the air port, and supplying us with a PDF of recommendations of places to eat, things to do etc that was genuinely helpful. We fell in love with this beautiful, chaotic city. We hope to come back!
It’s the tiniest thing, but it would have been great had there been conditioner as well as shampoo/body wash. Then again - there is a hair drier with a diffuser, which most places don’t have
