Le site très éloigné de la foule. La prévenance de la propriétaire qui était vraiment aux petits soins pour nous.

Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois ! La maman de Maria et de sa sœur nous avaient préparé un bon repas Crètois et des petits gateaux avec des fruits et des boissons dans le frigidaire. La vue sur la mer et le calme sont un plus ! la maison très bien agencée, Je recommande cette endroit car c'est très reposant, en pleine nature et en même temps pas très loin de Sitia ! On peux garer la voiture à côté de la maison. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cet endroit merveilleux Sans oublier la gentillesse de la maman et de sa fille !

Definitely a beautiful hidden gem of Crete! Big house with everything you need 2 minutes from the sea and small beach with comfortable terrase with sea view! Very peaceful and quite setting if you wish for getaway from other tourists and noisy city with opportunities for running and long walks around the house. Maria and her mum Despina were very welcoming and friendly, waiting for us with typical cretan meal cooked for us! Highly recommended!

This traditional villa is cute and just perfect for a couple or family. We had everything we needed for our 4-day stay. But I think you can also enjoy this villa for longer stays. We met Maria's sister and their mother during the check-in. They were super friendly and welcoming and showed us around! They had prepared local delicacies for us plus left fresh vegetables and fruits in the fridge complete with breakfast supplies. We didn't cook during our stay but really really appreciated delicious home-cooked meals. We had some memorable lunches and suppers sitting in that lovely patio and looking at the beautiful blue waters. It is also a great place to catch up on some reading, so bring your books along. There is no internet, but we didn't miss it for a few days. You have to drive through hills a bit to reach the place, and there are some surreal views of the bay on the way to the villa. If you are looking for something off the beaten path - then this place will totally reward you!

Be prepared to drive on hilly and narrow village roads. The nearest city is Sitia and it is about 18-20 minutes drive from the villa. The beach (about a minute or two walk) just next to the villa is more ideal for windsurfing than swimming because of strong winds and rocks nearby. You may be able to swim when it's not so windy.
