Cozy studio in the centre

Wir waren für drei Tage hier. Die Lage ist auf den ersten Blick etwas am Rand der Innenstadt. Da Sitia aber sehr überschaubar ist, relativiert sich das. Außerdem kann man problemlos parken. Das Apartment selbst ist neu gestaltet und ausgestattet und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Schöne Möblierung, schönes Bettzeug, 2 gute Kopfkissen. Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, dass man prima kochen kann, alles in großer Menge und sehr gepflegtem Zustand vorhanden. So wünscht man sich das und so stimmt dann auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

One of the best accommodations I've ever been to. Firstly the place is way better than it shows in the pictures. Not just clean, it was meticulously clean and we valued that a lot. Extremely friendly and helpful host with everything we needed and the studio is in a great location in Sitia. It was simply excellent.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like.

L’appartement est bien situé, au centre et pourtant calme. Le parking gratuit de la ville est à 3 minutes à pied. Le logement est bien équipé, joli et confortable. Il dispose de la meilleure salle de bains de tout les logements que nous ayons eu en Crète : Spacieuse avec un très bon débit d’eau. La cuisine était pourvue de tout les ustensiles nécessaires et bien plus encore. Le propriétaire a vraiment pensé à tout. Séjour très agréable, à recommander !

La climatisation est éloignée de la partie nuit. Il vaut donc mieux ne pas tirer complètement les rideaux afin d’avoir de l’air. Mais ce n’était pas vraiment un problème. Nous avons passé d’excellentes nuits.

We've been visiting Sitia for years, and this place is by far our favorite. We stayed for four nights, everything was spotless, the bed was really comfy, and the kitchen area has everything you might need. There's a big free parking just a few minutes away from the apartment and plenty of stores and coffee spots nearby. Communication with the host was great, they had left a nice surprise for us in the fridge as well, and we'll definitely be back again :)
