Die Lage ist für Badegäste, denen im Hintergrund eine Strasse nichts ausmacht sehr gut. Man wohnt quasi am Strand.
Der Strandabschnitt ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend.
In die Stadt kann man laufen.
Nach kurzem Weg an der Straße geht es am Stadtstrand weiter. Sitia ist sehr gemütlich.
Die Küche kann überholt werden. Sie ist leicht muffig.

Das Schlafzimmer
Die Ausstattung der Küche war unzureichend, der Herd uralt, die Schubladen und Küchenschränke riechen muffig und damit auch das Geschirr; für die Brause in der Badewanne gibt es keine Halterung, man muss sie um duschen zu können in der Hand halten; die Terrasse ist direkt neben der Straße.
