About this villa rental
I am delighted to welcome you to my spacious traditional house located in the heights of the Cretan village of Koutsounari. You will feel comfortable in the spaces of our traditional house, whether you are with friends or family.
On site, our hotel team will pamper you and take care of you with special attention.
Everything will be done to ensure that you are comfortably seated in the heart of this typical Cretan village.
Completely secure, this 2 bedroom, 2 shower room house is located near the beautiful beach of Koutsounari, a few kilometers from the city of Ierapetra. Its terrace offers a beautiful view of the beach of Koutsounari, and a small garden
Comfortable and completely private: restaurants, pharmacy, church, supermarkets, cafeteria, souvenir shops, private beaches with relax are 10 minutes walk from the villa.
The swimming pool and cafeteria of Nakou Village, which is free to access, is a few minutes walk from the villa (500 meters)

The 2 bedrooms are on the. quiet, one of them opens onto the main terrace, with a view of the sea.
The kitchenette area is fully equipped to prepare your meals: fridge, hob, oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, crockery, toaster, kettle....
The Kitchenette is small but enough to prepare your breakfast and a simple meal.
South-East Exposure
We provide:
- sheets, body towels and welcome products such as shampoo, shower gel, soaps, care kits, etc.
- Small equipped kitchenette
- Reversible air conditioning: cold in summer and hot in winter
- Free Wi-Fi
- Hair dryer
- Iron and ironing board on request

We absolutely loved staying at this charming little house.The shower rooms are fantastic, very modern and clean. Lovely towels.Easy to explore the surrounding areas, fantastic tavernas & restaurants (few within walking distance). Ioanna is super helpful and is on hand for any help or information needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely house

We very much enjoyed our stay and returned home totally relaxed. Nice environment and not too busy. At the same time everything is present. I can recommend this place.

This beautiful rustic cottage was ideal for our two week stay in mid May with our daughter and her husband. It’s on a hillside, is very private, has a lovely terrace overlooking the tiny village and the ocean. We had the local beach to ourselves and enjoyed several nearby pristine (and empty) beaches as well. There are excellent family-run tavernas within walking distance and many hikes in stunning nearby gorges. Ioanna welcomed us with homemade jam and biscuits and the local raki liqueur and was attentive to our every need. We could not have asked for a more restful and pleasant experience. Thank you Ioanna!
