-The Junior Suite had an incredible view over Cusco Plaza and was filled with light -Comfortable king sized bed -Great Location -Charming building interior with wall paintings

-Showers are catastrophic, very hard to get hot water going and you have to tweak the handles by the millimetre to get it right. The pressure is really low. -Staff are absolutely miserable here, didn’t see a single smile in 3 days. One girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a bottle opener from the kitchen. Then dragged her feet to go get it for me sighing. Bizarre behaviour. -There’s no life to the place, it’s not really a hostel but more of a guesthouse. The other rooms are really dark and don’t look appealing at all. Only stay in the Junior Suite.

They should set a little shelf on the bed, so u can put ur phone & others.

La ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

Me quedé en la habitación individual , específicamente la que está cerca a recepción. Es súper cerrada , y termina haciendo calor. Dado que esta cerca a la puerta , se escucha todo el ruido de recepción y de la calle de afuera que tiene bastante movimiento de noche. La ducha tenía problemas para regular el agua. Salía o caliente o helada , tendrían que revisarlo Al ser habitación individual , pensé que habría al shampoo en el baño , pero nada.

It was very close to the main square and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

very noisy all night long till the early hours! This hostel is on the busiest street in the whole of Cusco! The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot! The breakfast was not good ....
