I liked the architecture of the hostel, the very gracious esthetics, the rooms and the kind staff. The location was perfect too: just a few meters from the Plaza but in a narrow and gracious street.
The shower was not perfect.

The staff is what keeps me coming back! From the reception ladies to the breakfast ladies, Nao Victoria staff makes me feel at home.
Both the shared rooms and private rooms are spacious and clean and the architecture of the place is magnificent.

There are nice decorations in the common area. The hostel is directly next to the main Square, which is good.
The common area is not very inviting to stay, even though the decoration is nice. The hostel is rather for people who want to stay on their own than getting to know other people. Since the hostel is located next to a party Street, it’s very loud. The stuff is super unfriendly and act like they don’t want you to be their guest. I wouldn’t come again.
