Good value for money. Very nice staff available. Arranged several things for us, for a decent price.
There was not really one thing I did not like. This is just an excellent choice for a stay in Cuzco. We stayed there twice during this holiday. Be prepared to walk a bit to reach the city centre. But it is less than 1km.

We stayed in this guesthouse twice for multiple days, before and after a multi-day hike. Pilar was an exceptional host, so kind, helpful and generous. She made us fresh breakfast on the sunny rooftop each morning, gave us excellent local advice, stored our luggage while we were on our hike, helped us with laundry, and made sure we were well taken care of. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and there was hot shower and a space heater, which you cannot take for granted in Cusco. We were fortunate to find this little gem in Cusco.

Breakfast was simple. It's always the same menu no matter how many days you stay there, so don't expect variety. Rooms are Ok but dated and also very cold without a heater. Laundry was reasonable.
We stayed at this hotel on four separate occasions based on the good reviews. Of those four, we had problems with getting hot water in the shower three times. Yes, the hosts are nice and kind but it doesn't change the fact that you want to be able to shower and can't because of a broken pipe, or some other guests having a long hot shower that drains their water tank and then you're stuck waiting for hours - and once even until the next morning. They offered a discount but I would have rather had a shower. WiFi was also inconsistent.
