Alex fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno básico pero rico, la ubicación es muy buena, solo hay que tener en cuenta que es una zona empinada, con escaleras. Las camas son grandes y cómodas. La vista de la terraza es hermosa, se aprecia toda la ciudad de Cusco. Es una zona muy segura, aunque tiene mucho tráfico.

El hospedaje es bastante ruidoso, se escuchaba cuando entraba y salía gente, incluso cuando hablaban. Mi habitación no tenía ventanas, por lo que era muy oscura (tenía que entrar con la linterna del celular). La habitación de mi amigo tenía una ventana hacia la calle principal. Al frente había un spa/restaurante donde se ponía música y se escuchaba, no se podía dormir. La zona compartida a veces tenía luz y otras veces no. El baño de mi habitación daba a otro baño (ese baño estaba afuera de la otra habitación de al lado) por lo que se escuchaba la ducha y ruidos afines. La limpieza se efectúa cada dos días. Encontré pelos en la cama, toallas y bacha. El agua para bañarse es un tema, hay que tener paciencia hasta que calienta, y tampoco es que sale muy caliente que digamos. Me cobraron por adelantado, cuando en Booking decía expresamente que se pagaba al llegar, personalmente no me molestó ya que arreglamos algunas cuestiones extras, pero es algo a tener en cuenta.

Muy bonito lugar y amable servicio

Great position in the San Blas neighborhood. The host Erick is very nice and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good but there could be more variety of choice.

However, the bathroom has many flaws. The hot water is not flowing constantly and taking a comfortable shower is very very stressful, considering also that the bathroom is without heating and placed outside the room (you go through a patio which is basically outdoor); the only window in the bathroom cannot be closed and it is shared with another bathroom. We spent six days in this place and the bathroom has never been cleaned (same goes for the room). The towels have been changed only once upon request; only two towels for so many days in a place where you cannot hang them to dry (the bathroom and the room are missing many essential things). In general, the place is not comfortable if you plan to spend more than one/two days there.
