Great staff, great location and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast also provided. Only reason it isn't a 10 is it isn't "luxury". You get what you need.

Tenía buenas vistas en el desayuno.

El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, en la cama había un par de pelos de mujer al llegar. El agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba bien, y había una ventana en el baño que conectaba con la habitación de al lado, por lo que se escuchaba y entraba su luz todo el rato.

Great position in the San Blas neighborhood. The host Erick is very nice and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good but there could be more variety of choice.

However, the bathroom has many flaws. The hot water is not flowing constantly and taking a comfortable shower is very very stressful, considering also that the bathroom is without heating and placed outside the room (you go through a patio which is basically outdoor); the only window in the bathroom cannot be closed and it is shared with another bathroom. We spent six days in this place and the bathroom has never been cleaned (same goes for the room). The towels have been changed only once upon request; only two towels for so many days in a place where you cannot hang them to dry (the bathroom and the room are missing many essential things). In general, the place is not comfortable if you plan to spend more than one/two days there.
