All the staff were kind and helpful, but what stood out for me was how clean it was. Every day the towels were changed which is good because of the damp weather in Cusco, nothing ever dries. We arrived and the room was clean especially the bathroom and was cleaned everyday.

I spend a night here. The room is ok but could be cold during the night ( and there is no AC or heater) in the room. But the construction of the whole place is beautiful, chill sofa outside for you to rest.
The location is good, 6minutes to the main plaza.
And especially the staff Peter is so wonderful and warm-hearted. The second day I could not find my hotel address on Google in Pisac, he helped me calling them for like 20 min, to see the address, to check for my booking and even helped me talk with the taxi driver about the destination ( he even wrote a note for me about the number and address for the hotel I am heading to) because I don’t speak Spanish very well, without his help, I won’t survive leaving to another city at very late night. He is definitely amazing person and so so friendly .
Loved the experience there.

The staff were kind, and accommodating. However, we would definitely not choose to stay here again. The bathroom in our room was very dirty. The vent fan was completely covered in dust and dirt and did not function, so the bathroom got very steamy and damp. We also had problems with the hot water, which the staff were able to resolve after some time. We had a very early pickup from our hotel (which we later found out due to the narrow street, the tour companies don’t actually want to pick up at the hotel, you have to walk to an alternate location for pickup) and they were kind enough to prepared a bagged breakfast for us. They also held our luggage for us after checkout since we were off on a guided tour that morning. The lobby is decorated nicely with live plants all over.
