About this apartment rental
Enjoy beautiful views from our two bedroom, two and a half bath condo. Our unit is located in the Mariner's Cay community. The community itself offers a large swimming pool (opens mid April), two lighted tennis courts, a communal grilling area, spectacular views of the Folly River, a boat dock that you can fish off of, and it is just across the bridge from all the shops and restaurants that make Downtown Folly Beach an extremely sought after destination!
Our condo is on the third floor (no elevator). It has an open concept with granite countertops in the kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and large living area including a couch and flat screen TV. The enclosed porch off of the living room and the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Folly River where you can relax and enjoy a good book or watching the dolphins and other wildlife.
Both bedrooms have private full bathrooms for your convenience. The condo is also equipped with Apple TV and WiFi.
Bedroom 1: 1 QUEEN Bed, private balcony, private bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure en suite.
Bedroom 2: 1 QUEEN, second bath is off the hallway with a tub/shower.
1 FULL size air mattress (upon request)
Living Room: flat screen TV
Enclosed Porch: bench seating
1/2 bath on main level.

We had an excellent stay. The only problem we had was because I did not read all the instructions!!!! The host was very gracious!!! We ate out most meals and enjoyed some really great food. The sheets and towels smelled fantastic!!! Thank you for sharing your cozy beach home with us!!!

Such a great condo! The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The view was incredible and relaxing. The parking spot was right out in front. The pool is also close, plus large and inviting. They even provided things like shampoo and conditioner, anling with extra things in the kitchen. It’s hot, so we constantly used the Brita water pitcher. Thanks for sharing your place!

Very nice, very comfortable and clean! The location is fantastic for anything you want to do in and around Charleston. The water view is beautiful and the dolphins are an added bonus. Communication with the host was seamless. We’ll be back.
