The Space:
Situated in the exclusive gated Mariners Cay community, this riverfront condo provides incredible views of Folly River from the inviting screened porch, as well as resort-style amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and a grilling area. Walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes or drive just 10 miles to downtown Charleston. This charming escapade has been recently updated with brand-new furniture and appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Unwind in the living room furnished with a sofa and matching loveseat. A 43-inch TV with cable provides plenty of viewing options. Make favorite meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of updated appliances. We were very happy with the experience. There were 4 beds, all very comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets.We were within walking distance of Folly Beach, which was actually much easier than driving because of the lack of parking at the beach (or lack of free parking). The view from the porch was lovely! It was a very quiet location (third floor, end unit). I would add that some kitchen equipment could stand to be updates (i.e. a skillet with a firm handle, some more plates). We would 100% stay here again!

This location was perfect for getting around Charleston. We were never farther than 30 minutes from everything. You could easily bike to the beach. The patio view of the river was pleasant and we saw dolphins everyday we were there.The kitchen was small but accommodating to cook family meals. Overall, it was clean and the process was easy. We would come here again.

Kitchen and bath rooms need updating. Furniture not exceptionally comfortable. Main tv did not work, did receive small reimbursement for that. Kitchen needs overhaul, including amenities in the kitchen. Location decent, not too far from Folly. Nice views of river...would prefer screened in porch instead of sun room, with windows that barely open, to enjoy the breeze.
