Mariners Cay 26

Location

The property needed more supplies - items for cooking (cooking sheets), games, beach supplies. Wasn’t as family friendly. Deep clean and fresh paint job would go a long way :)

We saw several dolphins every morning. A big, well kept, 9 foot pool. Well maintained property.

The dishwasher was broken. We eat out most of the time we were there, so we didn't have many dishes to wash anyway. Lastly, they sent me the wrong code to get into the condo, but one 5 minute phone call cleared that up.

Everything was clean, well kept, looked new-ish and we loved it!

The construction that was going on during our stay, we couldn’t park in our assigned spot in front of the building. We had to park in the visitors parking.

Well the place was really beautiful and you see dolphins everyday. If you have issues the people text you back very quickly.

Well I hate to say this but we have been Married for 43 years and have never had roaches in our house. It is very clean and after we had been there about 3 days we started seeing them and the neighbor ask me if I had seen any she had to have her house sprayed. The house is very nicely decorated but to pay this much money and not only have roaches then you're told they are doing construction work on the property but your condo isn't effected and then you get there and they have their machines where I needed to park so we had to go find a visitor's parking place just to have a place to park so that should have never happened. Then they don't warn you their is 2 different boxes when you go in so it took us about 2 hours to figure this out. So if you are going to go there please remember you put you're number they give you in the first box and then the gate will open at the guards shack. The box at the guards shack is for the owners that live there. Other than that we loved the idea of being able to sit on the screened in porch and drink you're coffee and watch the dolphins. They will eventually get the whole Mariner's Cay renovated and the roaches gone but all this on 5 days was a little much but I didn't let it ruin our week the dolphins is the biggest plus. You will see them Everyday!!!!
