About this house rental
Charleston has been voted as the NUMBER 1 city in the WORLD by Conde Nast! The pristine beaches are a large draw to the area and Folly Beach is the closest to downtown. This townhouse is the perfect set up and location for a family that is looking to vacation in Charleston, soaked up sun and sand, and still be close by to everything Charleston has to offer!
This newly remodeled townhouse provides a open floor plan that is ideal for larger groups to gather. The kitchen's granite counter tops provide ample space for cooking and sharing stories. The kitchen shares a flowing space with the living rooms where a large, plush sectional sofa will accommodate the entire group to watch NetFlix, Hulu, or any other streaming app via 55" Smart TV. The living room is bright and airy because of The large windows and sliding glass doors provide the living room with an abundance of light and lead to the screen-in porch and outdoor furniture for all meals and entertaining. Just off of the kitchen is a two twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. Walk upstairs and you will be greeted by the very spacious King size master suite with private bath and closet. Every bedroom is equipped with a brand new flat screen TV that is hooked up to a Roku streaming device for accessibility to your favorite streaming service. On the way from the master suite to the second bedroom, a washer and dryer is available for use. The other second floor bed room has a Queen size bed and private full bathroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sectional sofa in the living room pulls out to a sleeper. Eight people will fit comfortably but you are more than welcome to bring an air mattress for a extra space.The entire house is connected to wireless internet.
The ground level is a two car garage and a carport large enough for another vehicle. In total, 3 vehicles can fit in the garage and carport. Any additional vehicles are more than welcome to park on the streets. Folly Beach allows free street parking.
We are located on the river side, so there are partial views of the Folly River from the master balcony. There is a pool located in the facility to swim in on those days that you don't wish to go to the beach. Just pass the pool area, you can walk out to the extended dock for views of the Folly River where water sports and paddle-boarding can be enjoyed! The beach is less than a 1/2 mile away, just a short walk to all the waves and sandcastles that you desire. Also located just a few blocks away is Center St., with fun shopping, restaurants and bars.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week at Folly! We’ve stayed at other places but this was a first at Turtle Bay. The condo was exactly the size we needed, all the comforts of home and location with its amenities were terrific! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made wonderful memories!

Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Air-conditioning works great. Patio on every floor with middle being screened in with a faucet to rinse shoes off. All beds were absolutely comfortable and spacious. Beautiful veiws from pool and a 7 minute short walk to beach. There was a bathhouse right next to our beach entrance. Super short walk to center street. Only drove car to visit light house. All check in and check out instructions we clear and easy. We would definitely rent again!!
