Six minute walk to the beach! Welcome to beautiful unit G203 at Pebble Beach, a gated beachfront community in Emerald Isle, NC! G203 is a bright, airy, beautifully decorated, fully furnished 2nd floor condo with one bedroom, one bath. The unit sleeps 4 people, featuring a queen-size bed and queen-size sofa bed.
Military personnel receive a 10% discounted rate.
The 2nd-floor unit features a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool complex. The balcony receives morning sun and is the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee and listen to the ocean waves breaking on the shore before beginning the day. This ocean-side unit just a 6-minute walk directly to the beach via a private access area.
The complex amenities include THREE POOLS - a newly renovated indoor/outdoor pool and a second ocean-side pool. Also included are a newly renovated and expanded exercise room (open 9 am to 6 pm), 2 tennis courts, and multiple BBQ areas with picnic tables.
The unit offers two flat-screen TVs with cable, a Blu-ray Disc/DVD player capable of streaming from your Netflix, HULU, and other media outlets, and has wi-fi internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked, including oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
There are several restaurants close by, one within walking distance.

The condo is beautiful and well stocked. It’s close to the beach, with multiple pools and grills to use. It’s also close to shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner, if needed, was always prompt. I would consider renting again in the future.

My husband and I came to Emerald Isle to gather with family and enjoy a lovely week vacationing together. Such a wonderful way to celebrate my 70th birthday. My husband and I stayed in an adorable little condo making it easy to meet together for our family gatherings.
