About this house rental
You will enjoy close access to popular restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, waterpark, mini golf, and yet our place is in a quiet street with convenient beach access. This lovely escape features free Wifi, smart tvs, a fully stocked kitchen, and ceiling fans in each room. Plus, relax and enjoy our private deck with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Linens, towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided for your convenience.

~1120 square feet, Oceanside townhouse, newly furnished, trendy, a well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a private deck
FIRST FLOOR: living room, powder room/half bath, kitchen, dining room, a sliding glass door to the private deck, washer and dryer
Kitchen- includes a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, flatware, cooking utensils, flat top range, ice maker (in freezer)
SECOND FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, private full bathroom, ceiling fan, walk- in closet, smart tv
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, walk-in closet, an awesome ceiling fan

GENERAL: Central AC and heating, WiFi, linens and towels with beds made upon arrival, starter pack of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 trash bags

Guests can access the front door using the keypad. Code is provided 24 hours prior to check-in via a welcome email.
Garbage and recycling: Onsite. There is a dumpster located at the end of townhome (far right if facing the townhome).

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as accurate as the description. Very close walk to the beach, very quiet location. Will definitely book again in the future!

Very convenient location to the beach. The beds were not very comfortable. It would have been nice if the rental offered some beach chairs or beach towels. There was a wagon if you had items that you wanted to haul. Truly a great location!

Unit was very clean, check-in was easy. Advertisement was accurate. Location was good, 5 minute walk to beach. Had a good vacation stay.
