I have stayed at a lot of beach hotels but this was my first VRBO. I was pleasantly surprised. It was well kept and just as described on the site. Beds were not that comfortable but the linens were clean and I did not go to the beach to sleep. Towels were actually adult sized and not for tiny people. The fridge was so clean it looked new with filtered ice/water in the door so no need to buy water. Ocean view from the master bedroom and the beach access was right off the parking lot. Its not near a public access so the beach area was not crowded either. This unit is on the top floor (has an elevator) so no overhead heavy steppers to disturb your peace. Check in/check out was quick by a friendly associate and a 3 minute drive away. Gated access and close to places to eat but Publix was a 2 minute drive for those that want to cook or eat on the balcony looking at the waves. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the place was amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is the Master Bedroom. The sliding door and large window only had blinds to cover them. Some of the blinds were also missing. At night light from outside sources would shine into the room making it hard to sleep. In the morning, the sun would be coming up and shining directly and brightly into the bedroom making it impossible to stay asleep due to the blazing sun shining in the room and the heat of the room due to the sun. The air conditioner could not keep up in keeping the room cool.

Condo is okay, lots of little things that need to be fixed. outlets in bathrooms do not work. Drain in master bath drains slow, stains on furniture, Ice maker does not work, pictures missing on wall, dryer does not shut off etc. Place need some love.
