About this apartment rental
King Bedroom Suite with full bathroom (tub/shower). Beautiful updated condo walking distance to beach. Two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, double tennis courts, clubhouse, and gym. This open floor plan condo is fully equipped. Enjoy al fresco cafe seating that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Condo was renovated in 2020 and includes all new flooring, modern bathroom with new tile floor, tub and backsplash, vanity, and fixtures. Flat screen TV in living room (Smart TV) and bedroom. Lush king bed in bedroom and queen pull-out couch in living room. Sleeps 4 max. Trails for biking and jogging. Just a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and more!
There is not an elevator and there is a small flight of stairs before entering the condo.
Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

Being a short walk to the beach was perfect for my family! We also loved having access to the pools, especially the indoor pool for cooler days. The condo was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. Megan always responded so quickly and was so kind! We’d be happy to stay again in the future

This unit was beautiful! Recently renovated and very clean. There were beach chairs and tennis racquets included. The host communicated immediately after booking and was helpful! We will be back!

A clean, charming, comfortable condo, with a nice outlook to the pool area. The host was lovely, and responded to any question within an hour....truly amazing.

Emerald Isle Beach was nice. Bathrooms and showers at the beach were helpful. No beach or water view. Walk to the beach is about 500 yards approx. Condo was ok size for 1-2 people. Streaming services were nice. Entrance to building is very steep, dank stairwell. Condo wasn’t clean - shower curtain yellow stains, brown stain on window sill in bedroom (looked like smeared poop), dishes weren’t clean (had to buy paper products at store) and two beach chairs were molded, mildewed, and the size of a child (had to buy two beach chairs).
