Konrad Cottages, with two self-contained cottages, is located on Welcome Beach, one of the Sunshine Coast's most beautiful, tranquil beaches.
Walk on the sandy beach, explore the tidal pools at low tide, relax on a lounge chair in the sun, or watch a beautiful sunset by your campfire on the beach.
Water lover will enjoy our swimming float, body boards, skimmer boards and more. Or for you land-lovers, enjoy a game of badminton, volley ball, or croquet in our private yard.
Kindly note that we reside on the property, and are pleased to provide assistance with your holiday needs, such as local knowledge of sights and activities, starting a campfire, and routine hot-tub maintenance.
Our Beachfront Chalet is a two bedroom cathedral style cottage, featuring huge high windows, private sundeck & hot-tub, radiant heat fireplace, queen forest-view master bedroom, maple-view bunk room (w/ twin/double bunks), and a hanging tree fort (just for kids).
Beachfront Chalet sleeps 7 guests, but is also just right for any number of guests.
Our Beach Cottage (see vrbo 338847) is a spacious two bedroom bungalow featuring a fantastic view of the water, wood fireplace, soaker tub, garden-view king suite that has a private hot-tub just outside your door, as well as sleeping for four on the water-view 2nd bedroom with twin/double bunk and twin bed.

Our stay at the Konrad cottage was nothing short of amazing. Ray is a communicative and generous host, who makes sure you feel safe and welcome, and the cabin itself was super cute and homey. It's a two min or less walk to the beach, and the oceanside campfires were breathtaking. We would love to return to Konrad Cottage one day! :)

We rented this property and the chalet for a three generation family gathering of 10. The beach cottage was homey and delightful.

This property has a lot of pluses, quiet and awesome beach and hot tub. However there is a long narrow driveway to navigate to the actual house. which gives a short walk to the beach but it is certainly back from the water. Also this property could use some TLC. There was a tarp over the roof, missing cabinet door in the kitchen, the kitchen sink faucet was difficult to use and one element on the stove was not working. I felt it was a bit overpriced given the condition of the property
