A 2500 square foot property overlooking Craig Bay. With great indoor / outdoor flows. It is great for big family trips or sharing with friends. It was previously used as the reception suite for wedding parties given its size, its layout and great artwork. A NEW HEAT PUMP SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED MID OCT 2025.
3 large bedrooms, all with adjoining bathrooms,coffee making facilities and televisions.
The master bedroom (275 sq feet) has a luxury super king bed, a jacuzzi bath, gas fireplace and outdoor access to the front deck and the views over the Bay. We have recently moved the sofa bed into this room. Great for keeping the kids close.
The second upstairs bedroom (360 sq foot) has a luxury queen bed and a queen size sofa bed nearby. Ideal for a young family who want to share. Access to the outside balconies is ideal for providing a hide-away and for keeping the place cool in summer.
The other ground floor Bedroom also has a queen bed, tv, coffee making facilities and an outside private deck area (187 sq foot)
The Living Room is very spacious (286 sq foot) with cathedral ceilings and some great art work. It also has plenty of comfortable queen seating for those big family holidays.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8-10.
Recently upgrade satellite coverage, gives you TV on demand.
The Kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar and great views over the Bay (138 sq foot + 192 sq foot). The morning views are even better when you are first up with your cup of coffee/tea in hand.
The adjacent Dining Room (168 sq foot) adds to the open plan feel and with a sky light it adds to the light and airy feel. Comfortably seats 8.
With a huge makeshift table, we have had many evening diners with over 12 people. Again great for adding to your holiday memories whilst enjoying family and friends watching the sun go down. You might even see our resident bald eagle if you are out there for lunch. The Patio area covers 300 sq foot + a lawn area of 800 sq feet).

Beautiful location and access to the ocean. Fire pits on a deck overlooking the water. Peaceful. Unit was spacious and inviting. Amenities for the resort although accessible rather costly for a young family 25 per adult. Not these owners issue just a comment for reference.

Beautiful view especially at sunset. Very spacious and great it was pet friendly! Lovely to be able to walk on the beach The indoor pool was ok….. bit crowded with young kids having lessons Outdoor hot tub was great thoCouple of minor details that could be improved ……Instructions for dishwasher as it didn’t always turn on and seemed a bit random as to which cycle works bestWe would have preferred unscented dish soap and laundry soap as the scents were very strong ( especially the laundry ) The Frig was missing some main shelves and this reduced available spaceAll in all it was very good and we would come again

Glorious location with superb view. Loved the amenities and proximity to trail. Place is a bit tired looking with missing shelf in fridge, no included soaps and shampoos, and badly stained carpet. But still perfect for family vacation

Location was very nice. Property could have more attention to detail. For example: There was no shampoo, conditioner, body soap or body lotions which are normally provided. If we knew ahead of time we could have brought our own. Furniture and area rugs need to be steam cleaned or replaced. There were other items that I won’t get into. Owner was made aware but refused to reply to my emails. Very unprofessional.
