Linda’s place was amazing for a large group of us girls! The house had everything we needed and fit 11 of us very comfortably. Very clean and the hot tub was a great addition. Communication was very clear and fast. Thank you Linda!

The place was perfect for me and my friends. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking a breeze! The fireplace is so cozy and easy to use. Nice secluded, quiet location in the trees :)

Linda has a beautiful property and home, it’s not far from beaches that are excellent for whale watching and star-gazing. I was lucky enough to spot bald eagles, seals, and a whale while visiting!This Vrbo house was cozy yet roomy, good choice of decor, had a well-organized kitchen, and was a great place to gather. However, I did feel some disappointment and dissatisfaction with the booking as it did not deliver what was advertised to the group of 8 I had coming on a celebratory trip. Bowen in January is quiet, and the hot tub in the listing would have been a primary activity during our week there. While our host cannot control the weather, they can control the conditions of our accommodations- the hot tub was not functioning or heating up. Our host tried their best to get us assistance, but none arrived. I was given some suggestions for restarting the tub from the host on our last night there, but after following the directions, it helped minimally.Unfortunately, I was not told that the hot tub was having issues prior to our arrival date. If I had known in advance, I would have booked a different house since we had a large group and it was a birthday trip.Other than this, Linda was quick to communicate and was flexible with our check-in/ out times which was super appreciated by our group. Also, the cleaner who arrived upon our departure was very kind and helpful as well.
