It was a beautiful, simple conversation, efficient heating, very comfortable and spacious with lovely views. It was lovely to be on a working small-holding and see the activities and livestock. The footpath walk across fields into Hay was a delight
Great hosts who were interesting to chat with and it was nice to find bread, eggs, milk and butter as an arrival welcome.

I loved everything about the property. It was cosy and the hostess was absolutely lovely. We had flowers put out for us and a gorgeous loaf of sourdough hidden in the bread bin. A lot of care and attention went into our happiness. I'd absolutely be staying here again when I next visit Hay-on-Wye.

Spacious, stylish, very clean, beautiful bucolic setting
Could hear the comings and goings in the downstairs flat a little too easily
