Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern in dieser Ferienwohnung in Campione del Garda. Der Ort ist ein Geheimtipp: sehr ruhig, nicht überlaufen, vom Trubel am Gardasee kaum etwas zu spüren. Perfekt, wenn man es entspannt mag.
Das absolute Highlight war der Balkon – direkter Blick auf den See und bis ans andere Ufer. Abends dort zu sitzen und ein Glas Wein zu trinken, war einfach traumhaft. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Spielplatz, und zum Strand sind es zu Fuß keine 60 Sekunden. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und viel Gepäck (Kinderwagen etc.) ist das Gold wert.
Ein großes Plus war auch Giulia: hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab.
Was man wissen sollte: Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung eher kompakt. Mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern wird es schnell eng. Außerdem ist sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen – funktional, aber eben nicht topmodern. Die Sauberkeit war nur mittelmäßig: der Boden war stellenweise nicht richtig sauber, und einige Möbel hatten Flecken. Hier wäre eine Grundreinigung nötig. Parken ist nur auf einem zentralen Parkplatz (gute 5 Minuten zu Fuß, vorbei an einer alten Bauruine) möglich. Müll muss ebenfalls dort entsorgt werden. Für uns kein Problem, aber sollte man wissen.
Fazit: Ideal für alle, die Ruhe, Seeblick und kurze Wege zum Strand suchen – und mit etwas weniger Platz und Abstrichen bei der Sauberkeit leben können.

The view was great as we were in Campione for a windsurfing championship and I could watch from the balcony. There is a lift to the second floor so easy with luggage.
I thought there was a washing machine but it was a dishwasher- when staying for a week a washing machine would be useful- a dishwasher is not ….

View from the apartment was spectacular! Apartment is tastefully renovated, clean and well equipped. Everything was nearby. Beach, mini mart and a few restaurants. The person in charge of this apartment, Ottavio, was helpful and always contactable. Managed to arrange late pick up of keys when we arrived at Campione at 10pm! Carmen from the ice cream cafe opp the apartment was helpful too. She blessed us with 2 bottles of water when we arrived as all shops were closed. Such lovely neighbour! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Campione! Highly recommend!
