Basic and very remote accommodation

The view and the jacuzzi were nice. The kitchen of the apartment was well equipped.

Keep in mind that it is very remote, it takes 25min to reach the lake road. The restaurants in the closest village were very average, so you have to drive further to have a good dinner. The communication with the property managing personnel was not ideal. We asked for a fan during the booking process but we didn’t get any. I had to ask 3 times to get one. Keep in mind that the apartments are getting quite warm during the day and you cannot leave the windows open as it is not secure. Also, some basic necessities were missing - we didn’t even have toilet paper which we found odd. The description of the property was saying that there is a washing machine - well, there is one which costs 4 eur. The bed was also not comfortable. The balconies are separated with a short fence and there is no intimacy between the neighbouring apartments. You can hear the entire conversation of the people next to you. Generally, we had higher expectations.

Amazing lake view and quiet

The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The apartment is spacious for two people with a comfortable parking space. It was clean and very modern. We also liked the town nearby, which is a 10-minute-walk from the property.

There are utensils for preparing food, but no condiments at all, so you need to bring oil and salt and even a sponge and washing liquid if you want to prepare something and wash up (we used the washing machine in the end, because tablets were surprisingly provided). We didn’t know this, but would have liked a nice dinner at the terrace that we had to skip. There was no soap provided either, and there is an online surface where you need to log in to add towels and bed linen (free), so that’s also not added automatically. The house is on a dust road, which can turn steep at times so you have to be a confident driver, however the whole area is similar, so you can get used to it quickly. The view somewhat compensated for these minor inconveniences, but the price is a bit elevated for lacking these services.

Piękne widoki, spokój, cisza, jacuzzi i klimat włoski

Bardzo ładny, przestronny apartament. Wszystko co potrzebne do wypoczynku było (czajnik, zmywarka, pralka, wiatrak, meble ogrodowe). Miejsca parkingowe dostępne dla gości, Jacuzzi oddalone od apartamentu - nie przeszkadzały rozmowy i korzystanie z jacuzzi w spaniu innym. Piękny widok z apartamentu, ogród do zabawy dla dzieci. Cicha i spokojna okolica - Pieve piękne miasteczko z wszystkim co potrzeba do wypoczynku (sklepy, piekarnia, restauracja, lodziarnia, wąskie uliczki, piękne widoki)

Traumhafter Blick auf den Lago di Garda

Traumhafter Blick auf den Gardasee! Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. Auf dem Balkon kann man herrlich sitzen und den Ausblick genießen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Leider ist jedes Geräusch der Mitbewohner zuhören (Baby schreien, Stühle rücken, Koffer rollen uvm.) Die Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig, so hatten wir nur zwei Messer und Teelöffel, unbrauchbare Pfannen zur Verfügung. Der Kühlschrank ließ sich, durch die ungeeigneten Griffe, nicht einhändig öffnen. Die Stühle, der Tisch, die Couch, das Bett sind von keiner guten Qualität. Vieles davon stimmte auch nicht mit den auf den Fotos überein. Die Heizung musste separat dazu gebucht werden, erfuhren wir bei der Abreise. Hätte uns bei Anreise auch angeboten werden können.

Tolle Lage, tolle Terrasse, tolles Gelände, Anfahrt spannend, Betten nicht so gut.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war der Hammer. Jeden Morgen die Vorhänge an die Seite zu ziehen und auf die Berge und den See zu schauen war wunderschön. Der Jacuzzi war super und das Gelände war sehr gepflegt, überall Olivenbäume.

Unser Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen. Man hat deutlich die Federn gespürt, mein Partner hat auf seiner Bettdecke geschlafen und sich mit unserer Wolldecke zugedeckt, damit er liegen konnte. Das andere Bett konnten wir nicht nutzen, da ich Ausschlag bekommen hab, als wir drin lagen.

Było po prostu cudownie.

Dojazd na miejsce serpentynami na niektórych odcinkach bardzo ciasnymi ale po otwarciu nowej drogi do Tremosine dużo łatwiejszy. W zamian za wszystkie trudności jakie można napotkać podczas jazdy w górę do miasteczka otrzymujemy przepiękne, malownicze, niepowtarzalne i zatykające dech w piersiach widoki na jezioro oraz góry. Samo miejsce Villa Vagne usytuowane idealnie z niepowtarzalną panoramą na całą okolicę, którą można podziwiać z tarasu w absolutnej ciszy. Niesamowite wrażenie zrobił na nas księżyc oświetlający swoim blaskiem lustro jeziora. Bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone apartamenty. Przesympatyczna Giulia z biura obsługi była bardzo pomocna. Dlatego za rok znów tam będziemy.

Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Lago

Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Pieve war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in hat wunderbar funktioniert. Auch haben wir von Giulia per WhatsApp einige nützliche Tipps bekommen für Restaurants, Ausflüge und einen Supermarkt. Das empfanden wir als sehr aufmerksam. Auch als wir ein Bügeleisen benötigten, hat es uns Giulia innerhalb kürzester Zeit vorbeigebracht.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Balkonmöbel wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett empfanden wir als weniger komfortabel. Der Whirlpool war stark gechlort, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Zwischen den Balkonen befindet sich lediglich eine dünne niedrige Trennwand, wodurch es etwas hellhörig ist und die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt sein kann.

Toller Urlaub...

Sehr ruhige und tolle Lage. Von oben auf den Gardasee zu blicken und das auch noch direkt von der Terrasse aus ist einfach nur schön. Fast täglich kam jemand der Betreiber an der Anlage vorbei, sodass immer alles tipptopp in Ordnung und gepflegt aussah. Für Urlauber die gerne die Landschaft und die Umgebung erkunden sowie die echte Gastfreundschaft der Italiener erleben wollen sind hier oben super aufgehoben ;-) ...Geheimtipp: Wanderung zum Monte Castello!!!

Leider sind wie bereits schon in den Bewertungen angekündigt, die Matratzen ziemlich hinüber oder einfach für uns zu weich ;-)... und ja die Privatsphäre leidet durch die etwas zu niedrigen Abtrennungen zwischen den Balkonen. Uns hat das aber nicht wirklich gestört. Die Strada della Forra (Brasaschlucht) ist zum Glück für den Kraftverkehr gesperrt aber leider jetzt auch für Fahrradfahrer und eigentlich auch für Fußgänger nur noch über Campione del Garda und dann auch nur bis zur Absperrung am Ende der Schlucht passierbar. Kann natürlich der Apartmentbetreiber nichts dafür.

Fantastisch mooi gelegen appartement. We komen terug!

Fantastisch mooie omgeving. 300m boven het Gardameer met een adembenemend uitzicht. Alles keurig netje en schoon. Werden opgehaald door een jonge dame die ons de weg naar het appartement liet zien en ons naar het restaurant boven aan de weg bracht. Pizza, wijn en een waanzinnig uitzicht 's avonds over het mooie meer. OP loopafstand van het appartement. kwartiertje lopen en je hebt een kleine supermarkt en warme bakker. AANRADER

Super Urlaubszeit, an einem wunderschönen Urlaubsort !

Schöne Ferienwohnung in grandioser Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Vom Rezeptionisten über die Hausmeister bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal , alle Menschen sind extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt , Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl , abseits vom Massentourismus. Eine unserer schönsten Urlaubszeit , nur zu empfehlen.

Wir haben lange überlegt, aber man findet einfach nichts gravierend negatives.

Este o proprietate frumoasa.

Personal ok. Apartamentul curat , lenjerii curate , grădină mare cu măslini,îngrijită . Balcon superb cu o vedere de vis asupra lacului Garda. Zona foarte liniștită.

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că Villa nu se afla exact in Tremosine ci în satul Arias din comuna Pieve. Până la lac este un drum destul de lung cu serpentine și în câteva zone este loc doar pentru o mașină să treacă. Se circulă destul de greu,încet și cu risc de accidente. Timpul necesar pentru a ajunge la lac este intre 30 și 45 de minute. Canapeaua extensibila pe care am dormit este foarte zgomotoasa, scârțâie tare la fiecare mișcare in pat. M-am trezit destul de des in fiecare noapte din cauza zgomotului produs.

Die Aussicht, der Garten.

Parken war schwierig, man musste rangieren . Die Ausstattung war sehr dürftig, wenig Gläser , die Terrassenmöbel teilweise kaputt, die Auflagen zu dünn. Kein bequemes sitzen möglich. TV keine ausreichenden Programme.

Cicho, spokojnie, wymarzone widoki - pięknie!

Widoki i okolica. Miasto, w którym były dwa najsłynniejsze punkty widokowe nad Gardą, zabytki i wszelkie udogodnienia dla turystów - sklepy, restauracje, okazjonalne występy i imprezy, punkt informacyjny.

Wszystko było super, jedynie dojazd do Tremosine. Wyzwanie dla auta i kierowcy. Trafiliśmy na czas kiedy krótsza droga była zamknięta z powodu osuwających się kamieni. Jedyna droga była wąska, stroma. Wrażenie niezapomniane, alternatywa do podróżowania po Gardzie jest miejski autobus tuż przy obiekcie
