Immersed in the heart of an authentic village, Casa del Borgo is a finely restored historic dwelling, where the charm of the past meets modern comfort. Just 20 minutes from Lake Garda, but far from chaos and confusion, this house is the ideal refuge for those seeking tranquillity, authenticity and breathtaking views.
The property features a spacious, bright living room with an equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a charming small balcony and a private garden furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast with a lake view. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The location is truly unique: just a 15-minute walk from Pieve, recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where you can get lost among evocative alleys, historic glimpses and natural terraces overlooking Lake Garda. A few steps from the apartment you will also find a supermarket with everything you need, while a free public car park is located just 200 metres from the accommodation.
Walking among the stone houses and characteristic alleys of Pregasio, you will feel welcomed by the authentic soul of Tremosine, with its flavours, colours and traditions.
