The apartment is located on the Tremosine plateau, not directly on the shores of the lake. Lake Garda is nevertheless easily accessible in about 20 minutes by car, with Limone sul Garda as the first seaside resort and its welcoming beaches. This allows one to enjoy the tranquillity of the mountain without giving up the proximity to the lake.

With a splendid lake view, the accommodation (40 m²) is ideal for 2/3 people. It features a bedroom, private garden with outdoor furniture, enclosed house, central heating, satellite TV, outdoor parking near the structure, and internet connection.
The American-style kitchen, gas-powered, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

Fantastic place, perfect for staying with dogs. Large garden and mountain view. The house is very clean and equipped with all necessary equipment.
The bed in the bedroom has damaged legs. The whole thing swings at the slightest movement.
