The guy that I was dealing with went out of his way to be helpful and get me in a little bit early. He was really good at communication and really friendly. The location is excellent I found. It was just a few minutes walk to some of the historical area. Probably one of the best things is that the bus stop to the airport is just outside their door. I had an early morning flight and the guy that I was dealing with gave me the schedule but he estimated that it would take longer than it did for the bus to get to their from where it started. Luckily I was outside and waiting early. So I had no problem. The room was large and the washroom is nice , the Internet was good

As other people noted in their reviews, the mattress was truly uncomfortable. I was just there for one night but I would not want to stay much more than that. This is the reason that I give it a seven and not higher as many people have commented on this for over a year in their reviews it is disappointing to see that the place has not replaced them

The stay at the La Casa di Alma Luxury rooms was very good, the room was cozy and clean and the AC managed to heat up the room. The location is also very good, 10 minutes away from the city center / train station. The check-in process was fast and the communication with Mario was very good.

There was one thing I could see improving - the language barrier between the lady that managed the breakfast (she spoke no english)

We arrived at night on time. There was nobody to anwer our call. We were kept on the dark street for almost half an hour and were just about to look for another hotel. We were saved by a lodger in that building who made a phone call to the manager. The room was very basic and many plants were dead in their pots. A kettle was provided, there was sugar but no tee bagsThe breakfast room is very small and guests have to sit sideway to fit themselves around the table. The lady in charge was not very friendly. TO ADVERTISE THE SUITES AS LUXURY ROOMS IS TO DECEIVE TOURISTS AND IS AN INSULT TO THEIR TASTE AND COMFORT. BEST RATING IS 2 STARS SUITE AND TO REMOVE LUXURY ROOMS FROM THE ADVERTISMENT. The location is OK but does not offer a big advantage as it is not too close to the centre.
